Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped during weekdays (Monday to Friday).

The estimated shipping time is 1 to 2 weekdays.

 

Return Policy

You have a 14-day window from the date of order to initiate a return.

The product being returned should be in its original packaging and the same condition as when received.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to receive a full refund or exchange the product for an alternative.

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have elapsed since delivery, we won't be able to facilitate an refund. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must remain unused and maintain its original condition.
